For over 25 years and more than 10,000 events, happy days entertainment has provided over 100 of the best face painters, balloon twisters an artists to every event imaginable including , birthday parties, graduations, corporate outings, holiday events, daycare, preschools, elementary schools, fairs, festivals, fundraisers, celebrity parties, churches, harvest festivals, Halloween and Christmas celebrations as well as many other special events.

Event Readiness

Event Readiness

1. Please have two chairs and a small table out for the performer to work and a child.

2. Please make sure you have parking designated for the performer if it is difficult to park in the area of your event.

3. Please have your phone and ringer turned on and up loud enough on the day of the event in case the performer has questions or needs to contact and find you at the event.

4. You will receive an invoice emailed to you immediately after booking. Check your email for the invoice accuracy. It is your responsibility to contact us via email if something needs to be corrected on the invoice.

5. Emails from us as well as credit card charges may come in under our corporate name KDEE Inc. or Happy Days Entertainment. Please remember this when you have a credit card charge.

6. Cancellations are only accepted via email. Upon receipt of cancellation notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be immediately due and payable and your credit card will be charged. Any event canceled within 72 hours of event will forfeit the full amount of the invoice and you authorize charging that amount to your credit card. Any balance due on the invoice is due the day of the event in cash unless otherwise stated on your invoice . Credit card payments will incur an additional 3% fee.

7. All events must have a deposit in order to be officially booked unless arrangements have been made to pay cash the day of the event which would be indicated on the invoice.

8. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, KDEE Inc., Happy Days Entertainment, and all of our employees, agents, and volunteers. This also includes holding us harmless from COVID-19 or other illness as a result of contact with our company, it’s agents, employees and their associates.

9. If you have special instructions for the performer regarding your event i.e., parking, or where you will be located at the event or a second contact person, please note that at the time of booking.

Refund policy

If you require a refund, there is a processing charge by the payment processor that will be deducted and nothing else.

Usually, it takes around 3-7 business days for the refund to come through to you.

Same day refunds will not be applicable.
